We had an unexpected warm spell this past weekend, but the previous week was good
and chilly. I love suggesting coffee bars for receptions and the guests love the extra treat.
It can be done through a company bringing in a mobile espresso machine or just adding
Bailey's, Kahlua and whip cream with chocolate shavings to the standard coffee offered by
your venue. This is perfect during cake service. I have even had several couples order dark
chocolate initials to place on the coffee saucers. It's a great touch and so delicious.
