New Year's Eve in the Glass Oaks Ballroom

At last the photos are here for the amazing wedding for Kathy and Brooks from New Year's Eve.
They are from Houston and considering most of the planning was done long distance, the
wedding definitely turned out to be a show stopper. Darn that fantastic photographer, Andy with
Studio 563 for taking too many great photos and then thinking I could narrow it down to a few.

Such a happy bride

In the winter we have so little good lighting in the evening and more couples choose to see
each other. This is definitely one of the perks when you capture great shots likes these.

I love this shot of the church, the stain glass and the couple's moment together.

I love detail shots like these because it captures all the decisions you thought so hard about
when choosing your rings, shoes, decor, specific flowers, lighting choices, cake design, etc.

After all the guests had their seating assignments we used this table for the warm duo of
Krispy Kreme donuts for exit favors with milk.

What a night. Many blessing Kathy and Brooks. It was my pleasure to be a part of your day.

Thank you to the fabulous vendors who helped create this memorable evening:

The ceremony was held at University Christian Church and the reception was at The
Renaissance Hotel's new ballroom The Glass Oaks.

What a great way to ring in the New Year,
