I have countless fantastic memories to share with my brides and vendors from my trip to
Grand Cayman's Engage '09 event, but can't deny this was one of the highlights. I was sitting 
to the side of them and couldn't believe it when the 79 year old legendary cake designer,
Sylvia Weinstock and Randy Fenoli of "Say Yes to the Dress" started to dance on the risers.
