Wedding Cakes
I am asked quite often to send brides photos of past cakes my brides
have had at their weddings, some of my simple cakes, some of my
more extravagant designs, favorites, etc. So that is the basis of this
blog entry. Each bride is different, has a unique idea for her wedding
cake and others just want something basic.

I am not listing this baker because although it was the design the
bride wanted, the layers sank into one another and the bottom
was so overly moist it fell to pieces.
Michelle's Patisserie
Michelle's Patisserie. These are two of my favorites ever. My bride was
a graphic designer and after these cakes were premiered several years
ago, they were repeated by many brides. It is fun to see the trend that
Brett started by using her invitations as inspiration for the design.

Very fun cake which is just what the bride requested, she was thrilled.
