Wedding Cakes and Humidity

What happens to your wedding cake when the baker's delivery vehicle's
A/C goes out, or the wedding site staff leaves the windows/doors open
letting the heat and humidity inside your venue? Nature takes it toll.



Keep this sad little cake in mind when choosing an outside venue,
working with a venue that has service issues (A/C or staffing problems)
or a bakery who is not experienced enough to know this CAN and does
happen to brides.
