Do you need a wedding planner?

Due to the overwhelming request from brides to offer lower packages
and the on going discussion I have been having with many of you, I
have decided to offer a limited amount of one on one consultations
to help you bring your wedding ideas to the table and see if you need
a wedding planner or if you can do it on your own.
I understand that finding the right wedding planner in Austin is not
easy and some brides are really on the fence on whether a planner
is a worthwhile expense. I can't tell you how many times parents of
the bride, the groom and even the wedding party tell me "I can't
believe all that you do. It would not have been the same without you".
So, instead of trying to convince you of my value, let's meet, really get
into the nuts and bolts of what's going to happen during the planning
process and see how I can be of service to you.
The consultation will include the following:
1. Up to 3 hours to meet with me to discuss your current
wedding plans and I will offer suggestions on changes or
adjustments to the plan.
2. My input on your color choices, style ideas and what is
the best overall layout of your reception. I will have a
large selection of albums for you to look through for ideas.
3. We will discuss the different categories of the wedding
and I will create a weekend timeline to help the two of you,
your family, attendants and vendors to be most effective on
for your wedding weekend.
4. You can bring the information on the different vendors
you are considering and I will give you my input on them
which will help you make your final decision.
5. Lastly, if you start to see the true value of having an
experienced wedding planner on site the weekend of the
wedding instead of doing it yourself, we will apply the
consulation price towards a reduced day of package.
There is no pressure at all to book our services. If the one
on one consultation is just what you need to wrap up the
details, then that is perfect.
Contact me for pricing and to reserve your one on one
consultation. Payment will need to be made prior to the
meeting. This is a limited time service.
