Wedding Mentoring
I am very fortunate to live in Austin and work in a business that I love. The unique
situation with the wedding business in Austin is that many of us want to continue
raising the bar so that brides get the best service and the best vendors for their
weddings regardless of their budget.
I recently held a mentor meeting at my office. As the chapter president of
NEAWP www.associationofweddingprofessionals.com one of my goals is
to have a regular meeting with other wedding professionals to see what
concerns they have, how to grow their business and how to best serve brides.
It was very interactive meeting and went on for hours because of the great
exchange of ideas. I have always felt it is very important to share knowledge and
help build the confidence of others making it a win-win situation. The vendors
broadening their knowledge, the brides receive better service and it makes me
happy to know the bar is raised more each time we help each other.
I am looking forward to the next mentor meeting,
