Being a San Diego girl I love weddings by the water. Thank goodness when I moved to
Austin I discovered all the fantastic lake properties for couples to enjoy for their weddings.
Here are a few of my favorite water locations.


This is at Horseshoe Bay. Unfortunately the sand is grassed over, but the view is the same.


Lakeway Resort is wonderful. This wedding was very formal, but this is a versatile space
and great for more casual events as well.


The beautiful views at Vintage Villas are the perfect setting for a ceremony.


This is in Marble Falls at a great facility over looking the water. The Christmas Tree lights are
right down the path and make for a stunning exit.



More Vintage Villas. Any time of year is the perfect wedding setting on the lake.


The arbor overlooking Lady Bird Lake at Shoreline is a very popular site for weddings


An elegant long tent along the path at Laguna Gloria is picturesque to say the least.








The Four Season dock is ideal for bridal and group shots
