Engagement Season
We are just a short week away from the official engagement season. Although couples
are engaged throughout the year, the percentage jumps tremendously between
Thanksgiving and Valentine's Day with so many special moments happening in
front of family and friends as well as privately. We book more weddings during this

I recently had a wedding at the Austin Four Seasons Hotel and while my couple was taking
their photos on the back lawn after the ceremony, we all witnessed a very nervous man
kneeling beside a bench on the Four Seasons lawn as he presented his love with a ring
and "the" question. A waiter walked up with champagne just as she said yes and threw
herself into his arms. We all cheered and their private moment melted all our hearts. Our
photographer was able to snap a few after shots of the two of them. It was wonderful!
