Being an Austin wedding planner has been such a perfect fit for me over the past 20 years. I love the happiness I am able to witness first-hand. I was so happy that Diana and Ashlynn wanted me to be their planner. I love taking special care of my couples. Both of them had lost their moms and since I am very maternal, I was able shower them with extra love. Having a beautiful vintage garden wedding was their vision, so it was very important to find a venue with a good rain plan option. As much as couples do not want rain on their wedding day, you still must plan for it. We had all the perfect vintage touches, a perfect ceremony inside Hummingbird House’s enclosed building, a butterfly release and a surprise performance by Jimmy LaFave performing the couple’s song “Only One Angel” for their first dance. With Jimmy’s recent passing, that memory is even more special. Thank you to Melissa Glynn photography for capturing their wedding day details.
Thank you to all the great vendors who worked with the rain and making sure this wedding day was all about celebrating love!
